Toughgaard cleaned our absolutely filthy windows back in August. From start to finish, the service was professional and flawless. They did an amazing job on our windows and were very reasonably priced too! I'd recommend them to anyone.

I came accross toughgaard on a local site and was instantly surprised (due to being let down by numerous other local window cleaners before), by Jack's efficiency in calling back straight away and getting a date in the diary. On the day Jack and Fred were prompt, efficient, really respectful of my home and were happy to cover their shoes to avoid wet shoe marks on the floors. The windows were perfectly cleaned and the process of payment was very straight forward and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Since then, every time I'm due a clean I get a message from Jack to remind me and agree a time, which is perfect for me as its one of those things that I would constantly forget to arrange.

Our windows and conservatory were spotlessly cleaned. We were booked in within the week of contacting them, and the customer service from Fred was excellent and he even checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend for a regular service or once off clean.

Everything about these guys says professional. From the leaflet through my door, their appearance in branded overalls, the van and kit, right through to the finished job. Jack and Fred turned up at the time they stated, cleaned the front of my mid terrace house including frames and guttering. Access to the back is through the house and they were very respectful of my home. They cleaned windows, frames conservatory and gutters on the back which was not an easy task, using long reach brush at awkward angles. The cost was broken down into individual areas so I could accept part or all of the quote now or going forward. The finish was excellent on all surfaces. I cant praise them enough Great Job, Great value and Great guys. they'll be back again in 8 weeks to do front windows only and then the full works again later. Thoroughly recommend Toughgaard for domestic or commercial service.
