I came accross toughgaard on a local site and was instantly surprised (due to being let down by numerous other local window cleaners before), by Jack's efficiency in calling back straight away and getting a date in the diary. On the day Jack and Fred were prompt, efficient, really respectful of my home and were happy to cover their shoes to avoid wet shoe marks on the floors. The windows were perfectly cleaned and the process of payment was very straight forward and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Since then, every time I'm due a clean I get a message from Jack to remind me and agree a time, which is perfect for me as its one of those things that I would constantly forget to arrange.

Fred and Jack posted their service on Facebook and we asked them in to clean facias, a conservatory roof and gutters and some windows. This was quite a challenging task, given access and the state of the roof, However, they had perfect up to date equipment, for the job and carried it out in a friendly and very professional manner doing a fantastic job. Everything about them and their business suggests they will go far and we would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I have just moved into a new property in a new area. I used this service following a recommendation from a friend and I was extremely pleased with the results. The boys were very quick to provide a quote and were reliable, on time and very efficient. Our windows and conservatory were spotlessly cleaned. We were booked in within the week of contacting them, and the customer service from Fred was excellent and he even checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend for a regular service or once off clean.

I have used Toughgaard Windows twice now, wish I found them sooner as I will not use any other company from now on. Beyond professional and they always provide a faultless service. Never before did I think that window cleaning could knock my socks off but these young men have changed the game! Toughgaard Windows have brought that sparkle back to my home, and left me wondering how I even saw out of my windows before. I've not known clean like this!
