At last a window cleaning service that's reliable! Fred and Jack's customer service is five star, coupled with easy and current payment systems, these guys deliver a fab result. I can't rate them enough.

Wow, I genuinely did not think I could be 'blown away' by the standard of service of my window cleaner but here I am writing a review that he thoroughly deserves. Jack contacted me asking if I'd like my windows cleaning and although I'd never had them done before after a quick glance I thought it could actually be a good idea. I told him sure why not and made a friend in the process. WHAT A GUY! He's hilarious, polite, intelligent, charming, professional and the finished product was top quality. Couldn't recommend Toughgaard services more. We need more people like Jack in the world, be like Jack.

Can always be risky using an unknown business but rest assured Fred was amazing from minute one! On time, friendly, got the job done and left my windows looking spotless! Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!

Fred and Jack posted their service on Facebook and we asked them in to clean facias, a conservatory roof and gutters and some windows. This was quite a challenging task, given access and the state of the roof, However, they had perfect up to date equipment, for the job and carried it out in a friendly and very professional manner doing a fantastic job. Everything about them and their business suggests they will go far and we would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I came accross toughgaard on a local site and was instantly surprised (due to being let down by numerous other local window cleaners before), by Jack's efficiency in calling back straight away and getting a date in the diary. On the day Jack and Fred were prompt, efficient, really respectful of my home and were happy to cover their shoes to avoid wet shoe marks on the floors. The windows were perfectly cleaned and the process of payment was very straight forward and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Since then, every time I'm due a clean I get a message from Jack to remind me and agree a time, which is perfect for me as its one of those things that I would constantly forget to arrange.
